The BVAL Cross Country Championship meet was held at Shadow Lakes Golf Course on Thursday Nov 3rd. Umbrella's were in hand for those that attended, but the rain never got worse than a "light" dizzle. The course was terrific with a number of hills and valley's. A big thanks goes to Shadow Lakes Golf Course, who turned away their afternoon golfers for the opportunity to host this amazing group of young runners.
